Information

The Xebex Trekker 4000 Treadmill is a compact and user-driven fitness machine that replicates the sensation of hiking on high-angled slopes. This all-in-one calorie-burning cardio unit combines the benefits of high angled climbs (22% and 27% incline) closely simulating both outdoor hikes and indoor stair climbing. Equipped with a built-in Speed Zone Safety Guide, it ensures safe workouts. Additionally a resistance mechanism encourages users to utilize the Trekker as a sled training tool, making it a versatile, full-body training machine emphasizing on improving endurance and strengthening your lower body to keep a well balanced core.

3 TRAINING MODES

Hike Mode
The Hike mode offers a great lower body workout while improving speed and stability. By setting a challenging 22% incline, you can engage in an intense uphill hike. To ensure safety, we have 10 built-in speed zones that prevent the user from sliding off the Trekker 4000. Much like a stair stepper, in this way the user only adjusts the speed and can safely focus on hiking up the 22% incline. This mode is perfect for burning calories and a proper leg workout.

Trek Mode
The Trek mode offers a more intense lower body workout while improving your cardio endurance and stability. By setting a challenging 27% incline, you can engage in a steeper climb. To ensure safety, we have 10 adjustable speed zones that help prevent the user from sliding off the Trekker 4000. Much like a stair stepper, in this way the user only adjusts the speed and can safely focus on trekking up the 27% incline. This mode is perfect for burning calories, and a more challenging leg workout.

Sled Mode
Take your Sled training up a notch, holding the fixed frame handles, and setting your incline difficulty levels to either 22% or 27% with the resistance level set at its heaviest. Pushing forward allows users to replicate an intense uphill sled push, while a backward sled walk uphill engages more lower body muscles. Our resistance generator not only controls the speed, but also allows the user to push against, thereby creating an intense uphill sled push workout.

Space-saving, eco friendly, and safety focused design The Xebex Trekker 4000 is thoughtfully designed with a focus on safety and space-saving features. Its slow drop system makes it easy to fold and unfold, reducing its footprint, and its lightweight nature allows users to move it with ease for workouts or storage. The innovative self-powered design eliminates the need for a power source, offering the flexibility to place the treadmill anywhere. Its sturdy construction is purposefully built to endure the most challenging workouts.

FAQs

How is the resistance provided?
The Trekker 4000 has a patented generator heavy and consistent resistance. Resistance from a generator feels more consistent and heavier than what is achievable by magnets. With magnets, the user needs to have some speed or rotation of flywheel in order to produce resistance from the magnets, while slowing down will cause resistance from the magnets to decrease as well. However, with the Trekker 4000’s patented generator, the resistance is consistent and heavy even at low speeds.

How is the resistance set?
The resistance is set by inputting a level from 0-9 for the resistance amount, which also controls the speed at which you will hike or trek on the Trekker. Heavier resistance means slower walking speed, whereas lighter resistance means faster walking speed since you will naturally move the belt on the Trekker 4000 with your weight and gravity.

How can you change the speed readout from (kmph) to (mph) as a preference?
The console by default is set as KMPH as a readout display. Follow these steps to change KMPH to MPH :

1. Switch on the console
2. Immediately hold the UP and DOWN arrow
3. Console will flash “1”
4. Press UP arrow to change to flashing “2”
5. Press “Enter”
6. KMPH will show, press UP arrow to change to MPH
7. Press “Enter” on MPH
8. Console will again flash “2”, then press “STOP”

Can the Trekker help me with my Zone 2 training?
Absolutely, the Trekker can be a great fit for your zone 2 training! Its adjustable incline allows you to find a comfortable level of difficulty, and its smooth resistance is ideal for maintaining a steady walking or jogging pace, which are both excellent for zone 2 training.

Can the Trekker be used for slow uphill walks for warm up or cool-down as well as all-out runs for high intensity training?
Yes, the Trekker can be a great fit for any training intensity. Because of its patented generator resistance system, you can easily control the speed at which you’ll move from a slow walk to an all-out-run.

Can the Trekker be used with your arms swinging freely on the sides?
Most definitely you can use the Trekker hands free, by adjusting the speed setting to level 7-9, where you can find the perfect pace to do a brisk walk or an uphill jog.
